At FITGYM Labs, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service, including secure and efficient shipping. We offer multiple shipping options that provide tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor your order as it makes its way to your doorstep.
1. Shipping Process:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays). During periods of high demand (such as promotions or new product launches), processing may take a little longer, but we work diligently to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding major postal holidays such as New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
2. International Shipping:

For international orders, we use Priority Mail International, which offers the most affordable rates while ensuring your package is trackable. Delivery can take anywhere from 3–20 business days depending on the destination, customs processes, and local postal service.

Please note: International orders are subject to customs delays, and Caitlyn Gym is not responsible for delays once the package leaves our warehouse. If you experience any tracking issues, please reach out to the respective shipping carrier directly.
If you would like a more secure international shipping option with signature confirmation upon delivery, please contact our customer support team at support@fitgymlabs.com to arrange this.
3. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.

Please note that it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear in the system after shipping.
4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses:

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Caitlyn Gym is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or is deemed undeliverable by the final carrier, we will notify you via email. Once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund minus the shipping and handling charges.

If you need assistance with an address correction, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
5. Lost or Missing Packages:

If you receive a notice from the postal carrier indicating that your package has been lost, please contact us at support@fitgymlabs.com so we can initiate a replacement or refund.

If an item is missing from your package, it may have been shipped separately. Please check your tracking details and contact us if necessary.
6. Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for paying shipping costs unless the order qualifies for a free shipping promotion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you return an item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. Additional Notes:

Please be aware that international shipments may experience additional delays due to local customs clearance procedures. These delays are outside of our control, and Caitlyn Gym cannot be held responsible for such delays.
